Taking its name from Portland's airport code and the island of Guam's area code, PDX671 is a food cart that fuses seasonal ingredients of the Pacific Northwest with flavors and cooking techniques of Guam.

PDX671 : Popping Up with Guam Food at Expatriate

  • Expatriate 5424 NE 30th Ave Portland, OR, 97211 United States

We're doing it again… Join us on Tuesday, September 1st for a pop up dinner at Expatriate!

PDX671 chef Ed Sablan is commandeering Expatriate for one night only to cook a Guam-inspired dinner. The meal features multiple courses honoring the Pacific island’s unique blend of ethnic influences and tropical ingredients, from adobo-braised pork belly to papaya sorbet.
— Katie Vaughan, from Portland Monthly's "The Eat Beat Weekly Planner: Food Events for Every Kind of Eater"

This pop up will feature an enjoyable selection of dishes from - and inspired by - Guam and the Mariana Islands, thoughtfully put together by Ed Sablan of PDX671. The 6-course experience will explore the unique yet familiar flavors of Guam. Prepare for a voyage and enjoy the warmth of the island.
