Coopers Hall invites you to explore the white wines of northern Italy and the island cuisine of Guam with this special pairing dinner. Food will be prepared by Chef Aaron Barnett of St. Jack and La Moule, as well as Chef Ed Sablan of PDX671. There will be a selection of white wines by Vie di Romans paired with each course.
A portion of the proceeds will support the hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
United for Puerto Rico is an initiative brought forth by the First Lady of Puerto Rico, Beatriz Rosselló, in collaboration with the private sector, with the purpose of providing aid and support to those affected in Puerto Rico by the passage of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane María.
