Two dates, one menu!

Chef Ed definitely has his go-to dishes at fiestas on Guam, and it's always Kelaguen & Barbecue. These entirely gluten-free meals began with a selection of three Kelaguens, – Chicken, Shrimp, and Beef – each with their own distinctive flavors, served with grilled handmade corn Titiyas (tortilla). The main entrée featured island-style barbecue spareribs, complete with red rice and fina'denne. For dessert, guests enjoyed an island take on the classic cheesecake. 

Dinner was very delicious, cohesive and beautiful! The flow of service was spot on. The table setting was simple and classy. I can’t wait to attend another Feastly event! Great job Chef! Now I need to travel to Guam!

The different versions of Kelaguen (I may have spelled that wrong) were delicious and it was fun to compare how each protein paired with the coconut milk and spices. All in all, it felt like dinner with the family....comfortable, fun and delicious.

I had a blast! Because the dinner was entirely gluten free, I was finally able to try Chef Ed’s food after all these years, and I was blown away! The quality, flavors and freshness were beyond my expectations, and hearing from Chef Ed before each course was delightful. His passion and joy for cooking was evident and I was happy to be a part of it.
