Biba! Food of Guam: Our Last pop-up Dinner for 2018

Guests were treated to 5 courses of warm, bright, rustic, island-style cooking influenced by our evolving journey with Chamorro food and its place in the Pacific Northwest.

We were fortunate to be able to offer this experience at Portland's premier French bakery, St.Honoré on Division Street. It was a wonderful evening!
